Indian starters are not just about Samosas and Bhajjis. There is so much more to it. You can see so many recipes that are not just easy but most of them are even vegan. And trust me the Indian takeaway/restaurants don’t even offer these options on their menu, I have no idea why!

Most of the recipes are authentic Indian dishes and some adapted from across the world by giving them a Spice Trip touch 😉

You don’t have to limit yourself to just cooking these Indian starter recipes for dinner parties, or even have them as starters at all! Plenty of these dishes make fantastic light bites and snack foods perfect for lunch boxes. And if you’re feeling a little adventurous you could make a few of them and serve as an Indian meze-style meal.

Whatever skill level you’re at, and however spicy you like your food, there’s something here to tickle everybody’s taste buds. Most traditional Indian starters are served with a dip or as we call them chutney, and you can find them under the section ‘Dips, Chutneys and Sauces’ and go you have a major Indian treat for yourself!
