Indian starters are not just about Samosas and Bhajjis. There is so much more to it. You can see so many recipes that are not just easy but most of them are even vegan. And trust me the Indian takeaway/restaurants don’t even offer these options on their menu, I have no idea why!

You don’t have to limit yourself to just cooking these Indian starter recipes for dinner parties, or even have them as starters at all! Plenty of these dishes make fantastic light bites and snack foods perfect for lunch boxes. And if you’re feeling a little adventurous you could make a few of them and serve as an Indian meze-style meal.
