You will receive access to:

  • * 4-5 recipes per week!
  • * Weekly shopping lists with prep tips to prepare for our live cooking classes
  • * A WEEKLY online cooking class via Microsoft Teams instead of Zoom to make it safer.  (this will be recorded and sent to you, so don’t worry if you can’t attend on the day of the class)
  • week 1: 12 Nov (Menu: Rabdi, Jalebi, Shahi Tukra, Bhelpuri with 2 types of chutney)
  • week 2: 19 Nov (Menu: Brocolli Paratha, Raita, Kheema, Palak Sorba)
  • week 3: 26 Nov (Menu: Pesarattu, Tomato Thokku, Allam Pachadi, Coconut Rice)

* There might be slight changes made to the menu but no major ones

Spice Trip Virtual Kitchen

For 3 weeks you will join me via a live Microsoft Teams session (with options of subtitles) where we will connect from our own kitchens and you can either cook along with me, or take notes and cook at your own leisure! <it is indeed fun if you cook along>

Week 1 – Diwali special recipes (12 Nov) for €39

Week 2 – North Indian Spice Trip Virtual Kitchen (19 Nov) for €39

Week 3 – South Indian Spice Trip Virtual Kitchen (26 Nov) for €39

The live cooking classes will start at 19:00 CET and last 120 mins.

This will be for a small group which means you get my complete attention while cooking. This is a completely hands on experience where you get the chance to practice with me, live! I am always ready to answer your questions as we go through the recipes and learn new skills and tricks. At the end of each class you will have a complete meal to enjoy or eat for lunch next day 🙂

As part of the course, you’ll receive access to exclusive course content consisting of shopping lists (with alternative ingredients), prep tips, and information to prepare you for each week’s class. After each live session, the video recording will be sent to you to watch and learn in your own time. These recordings will not be made public and will only consist of me talking through the steps while cooking.

During these 3 weeks, you can ask questions throughout the week pertaining to the recipes taught that week or earlier, share information and photos of your beautiful dishes and interact with me via email/Instagram/Facebook DM!

The recipes would be from basics to advanced and every week we would cook 4-5 recipes. Each week’s recipes would be linked to each other but at the same time focusing on a specific region every week. Not just recipes but I will share some stories and history behind each dish would be shared.

Not only that, you’ll learn how to use spices correctly, how to blend them into aromatic mixes. You will learn different types of flat breads, curries , appetizers and rice dishes.
