India is known as the land of spices. And there is nothing that spices can’t flavor. Most of the Indian kitchen is vegan friendly with use of fresh vegetables, fruits, beans in the most unexpected way.

During this workshop, you will learn traditional and authentic Indian cooking using ingredients that can be sourced from your local supermarkets and easily replicated at home. We all cook together, and later enjoy a big meal together. The theme of this workshop is to help you cook a festive dinner menu (maybe handy for Christmas dinner – also with a lot of tips of how to meal-prep in advance). All the recipes that we cook will be from my new cookbook – VEGA INDIA (so a completely new menu)

Group Workshops are for a maximum group of 17 participants. And each participants gets the opportunity to cook, 100% hands-on. The recipes are explained step-by-step with required caution that needs to be taken at your end.

More than anything it will be a fun evening out with your friends, and if you are coming alone you will surely make friends this evening.

• You will receive with a welcome drink and small snack on arrival.
• Free use of flavored water, tea and coffee throughout the workshop (alcoholic and frisdrank for purchase extra)
• An explanation of the food and cuisine we are going to prepare and the food culture of the country
• During the 4 hour workshop you will receive information and explanations about the dishes to be prepared. We will work on the dishes in teams
• At the end of the workshop you will enjoy the meal.

India staat bekend als het land van de specerijen. Het grootste deel van de Indiase keuken is vegetarisch vriendelijk met gebruik van verse groenten, fruit en bonen op de meest onverwachte manier. Tijdens deze workshop leer je de traditionele en authentieke Indiase keuken met ingrediënten die je in de supermarkt kunt vinden en die je thuis gemakkelijk kunt namaken. We koken allemaal samen en genieten later van de maaltijd. Alle recepten die wij koken komen uit mijn nieuwe kookboek – VEGA INDIA (dus een compleet nieuw menu)

Deze workshop heeft een nieuw menu en recepten uit heel India met focus op een feestelijk menu misschien handig voor kerstdagen met familie. Groepsworkshops zijn alleen voor een maximale groep van 17 deelnemers. En elke deelnemer krijgt de kans om het gerecht 100% hands-on te proberen. De recepten worden stap voor stap uitgelegd.

Het wordt bovenal een gezellig avondje uit met je vrienden of familie, en als je alleen komt, maak je deze avond zeker vrienden.
