Parsi community originally are the Persians who moved to India more than 100 years back and have settled and are more Indian than Indians themselves. But what is interesting to see is their influence of food into the Indian food culture and vice versa. We Indians forget that our food has evolved over years, thanks to all the influences from different cultures. Parsi Prawns Patia is one such dish that has so much flavor but is also one that is made with so much love if you happen to visit a Parsi household.

If you are in India or planning to visit India, check for Parsi restaurants for some authentic Bawa love 🙂

This recipe has the perfect balance of sweetness, spicyness and tangyness from all the ingredients use. Parsi Prawns Patia will NEVER let you down!
