I am super proud and happy to present this new ebook.
Included in the E-book are over 21 easy, summer recipes I haven’t shared anywhere else:
- 4 summer drinks
- 4 snack recipes
- 3 dip recipes
- 3 entrée recipes
- 6 main meal recipes
- 1 dessert recipe
In addition to these 21 exclusive recipes, I will be teaching 1 recipe out of this book via a free virtual cooking mini workshop on the 7th of June at 11:00 CEST. You can register for the workshop here –
+ I will be making step by step videos for YouTube with 2 recipes and you will be seeing them first!
Please note: the E-book is a PDF file, and contains all recipes with the photos. This ebook is available in both English and Dutch language option.
The current COVID-19 crisis has affected every country terribly. I have been fortunate to be in the Netherlands who have handled the situation in a wonderful manner. But back home in India, there are millions of daily wage workers who are out of jobs and are struggling to get basic food needs met everyday. I hope to raise funds through the sale of this book and the proceeds will be transfered to the GIVE INDIA Foundation
The price includes 21% tax (as per local regulations), transaction costs and can be purchased using iDEAL and Paypal for now. Apple Pay and Credit Card options for payment will be coming soon.
How to download?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the purchase and the link to download your E-book. Don’t see the email? Check your junk/spam folder.
Please note, the E-book is a PDF file, not EPUB. The file size is quite large given the number of photos. The ebook is made responsive for all viewing options – laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
I don’t have a credit card. Is there another way to get the E-book?
In many countries, it’s possible to create a PayPal account without needing a credit card. All you need to do is link and confirm your bank account with them.
17 out of the 21 recipes are vegetarian which can be very easily made vegan by substituting to plant based milk and products like tofu and tempeh.
I don’t like spicy food. What can I do?
I have added a symbol of a chilli on the scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being lowest to indicate how spicy this dish could turn out if you follow all the steps as mentioned.
Can I get the book as a physical copy instead of an electronic E-book?
One day in the future, I hope to publish a physical cookbook. But for now this was more like a practise session for the future and my attempt to share easy Indian-ish summer recipes. It’s easy to refer to while cooking on your phone, tablet or computer, and is a great choice for those who want to limit printed goods where possible. You can always print select pages yourself at home.
Since E-books are intangible and can be downloaded at anytime after purchase, they are considered “used” on purchase, and we cannot accept any request for refunds or exchange. If there was a purchasing error or you’re having problems with your download, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will help you get it sorted.

I’ve poured so much hard work and and love into this project, thanks for supporting me with it!
I have teamed up with my friend Mooncake.NL to bring across some of the ingredients from the ebook and other commonly used ingredients from the Indian subcontinent in a foodie bag for the month of June 2020. If you like to have your foodie bag delivered to you anywhere around the Netherlands, you can book yours here – Mooncake Foodiebag
