Haven’t you tried falafel yet? They are some amazing vegan balls made out of chickpeas! They are so easy and you will discover that once you read the recipe below. You don’t also have to run to a store to eat falafels or buy the frozen one! And yes it is 100% vegan and glutenfree (what the what!) Trust me this is super duper easy. It is literally the best vegan combination possible. You can combine falafel with your salad (with some baby spinach, pom pearls, tomato and red onion slices)
I also add it to a pita and make a pocket out of like a Greek Gyro and add some tahini, tzatziki and veggies and viola my dinner is ready! You will love this combination as well.
And finally, what a great starter with some hummus on the side. I literally see myself serving this every time I have friends coming over for a meal at home. I am sure my friends would stop coming home if I serve them this once again, am sure 😛
