Eggless Whole Wheat Oats Muffin are just too easy, trust me when its coming from a non-baker like me.
I have a specific paranoia for baking and it has been very tough to get over it for years. But recently I decided to try out these muffins and these Muffins were such an easy bake and that am pleasantly surprised with the outcome myself.
These are a must try for all who fear baking but also want to make it happen some day.
Eggless Whole Wheat Oat Muffins
Sift the Whole Wheat Atta twice and then combine atta, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon powder and salt.
In a large bowl stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla, yoghurt. Add the flour mixture into this mixture and mix everything well. Line a 8-cup muffin tin with paper bake cups, and divide the batter among them.
Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 18 to 20 minutes. Check the readiness of the muffins by piercing the muffin with a tooth pick. If it comes out clean it can be taken out.
Let the muffins rest for a while before taking it out of the moulds.
