Learn to make Dosa & Chutney in

Indian Food is known for the use of spices and herbs giving it the most unique taste which is not alays spicy or sweet or salty but a mixture of all. Join this workshop how flavours can make your mouth water and want more. 

Dosa is a type of pancake from the Indian subcontinent, made from a fermented batter. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance. Its main ingredients are rice and black gram. Dosa is a typical part of the Southern Indian diet and popular all over the Indian subcontinent. Traditionally, Dosa is served hot along with sambar, stuffing of potatoes and chutney. 

Group Workshops are for a close group upto a max of 9 participants only. And each participants gets the opportunity to try the dish 100% hands-on. The recipes are explained step-by-step with required caution that needs to be taken at your end.

Pesarattu (Mung Beans Dosa)

Pesarattu is a special type of Dosa made only in a specific region of Southern India. But what makes it special is the use of mung beans and rice flour. It doesn’t need any fermentation and thus can be made at any season of the year. 

Plain Dosa 

dosa is a type of pancake or crèpe, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made from a fermented batter. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance but is vegan and gluten-free. And always enjoyed with chutneys.

Coconut Chutney

There are close to 100 types of chutney that can be accompanies with dosa. In this workshop we will make coconut chutney that will be accompanied with Dosa.

Dry Peanut Chutney

This chutney can be used with dosa/idli or even over the toast. It can be stored upto 1 month in an air tight container in the refrigerator

Potato Sabji with Dosa

Masala Dosa is generally eaten with a soft non spicy potato dry curry. It is often added inside the dosa to add extra flavour to the dosa.
