Indian Cottage Cheese or Paneer is one of the most versatile protein for vegetarian people and the rich creaminess of paneer makes the dish extra flavour. Dahiwale Paneer is one such quick dish that can be made under 15 minutes and your family is going to love it. But incase you are looking for healthier options, paneer can be replaced with tofu (the Tofu needs to be soaked in warm water with a pinch of salt for atleast 15 minutes before using it in the curry).
