Ayurvedic Salad and Soups for Spring and Summer
Ayurveda is the art of using natural sources for better living. Food is one of the most important source of nutrition for our body and through this workshop know more about the type of doshas and the food types and spices which suit these different type of doshas.
Group Workshops are for a close group of 6 to 8 participants only. And each participants gets the opportunity to try the dish 100% hands-on. The recipes are explained step-by-step with required caution that needs to be taken at your end.

This is a vegetarian workshop, but vegan requests can be accommodated too.
Chana (Chickpeas) chaat is a tangy and flavourful salad that is very popular. It’s an excellent way to lose a couple of pounds if you have this healthy salad for lunch or dinner. It also consists of vegetables
Kachumber Salad is a fresh, earthy salad made with a mix of raw vegetables and topped with a simple dressing made of lime juice and special spice mix. It is a perfect side for summer meals.
SWEET POTATO SALAD
Roasted Sweet Potatoes topped with chutneys and mixed with puffed rice makes a filling salad for a sunny day. The salad will be topped with some crushed paneer (if you are vegan, this can be replaced with vegan feta)
RED LENTIL SOUP
Red Lentil soup or daal cooked with veggies is the perfect meal at any Indian household. It is protein rich and often topped with spices for extra flavour. This is served with steamed rice and wedges of lime.
ORIGINAL MULLIGATAWNY SOUP
The Pepper Soup is the perfect amalgamation of spices and vegetables simmered for great flavor. The one from India is now quite transformed in the UK by adding cream or milk but we would be cooking the original version.
