Authentic Indian Cooking Workshop
Indian Food has multiple depths of taste that is brought through the use of variety of spices. Its an explosion of flavour in mouth. And there are more than several types of curries that are known popularly. In this workshop, we will try to explore some of these recipes originating from the North of India (Delhi and Punjab).
So come along to experience some magic of spices with us 🙂
Group Workshops are for a close group of 6 to 8 participants. And each participants gets the opportunity to try the dish 100% hands-on. The recipes are explained step-by-step with required caution that needs to be taken at your end.

Chicken Korma & Raita
Chicken Korma is a traditional Indian dish that’s light and flavorful almond curry made with tomato paste, plenty of spices and cream thats buttery and completely delicious
Raita is a delicious Indian side made with a mix of veggie and yoghurt that has a cooling effect.
Onion Pakora or Bhajji is a deep fried batter snack made of gram flour (besan), other spices and onions. It is enjoyed with mint or tamarind chutney.
Aloo Gobi dish made with Potatoes and cauliflower cooked with onion, tomatoes & spices is a popular Indian recipe paired with rice or paratha.
Peas flavored rice is a must food while eating Indian food. Basmati Rice is sautéed in lightly toasted cumin and peas with ghee/oil and garnished with fresh coriander
