Are there any shrimp head lovers here? Raise your hands if you love shrimps/prawns as much as me.

I found these really fresh shrimp heads from the farmers market this weekend and decided to make this in my new Princess Air Fryer

This is the simplest recipe that you can make for a weekend snack or when you have guests coming over at home. It literally gets done in 20 mins and all you need is less than 1-2 tbsp of oil or less if not more.

 

I paired it with some Truffle Mayonnaise but ofcourse they can be paired with with a sweet chilli dip or any other dip of your preference. They turn out so crispy that you will surely be surprised with the outcome.

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer at 180 C for 5 mins. And spray oil for the shrimps to be added.
  2. In a bowl mixed the shrimp with flour. Dip each of them into egg and then into bread crumbs and keep them on already oil sprayed air fryer. Spray some more oil on top.
  3. Air fry them for for a total of 16 mins at 180 C. At the end of 10 mins, turn them to the other side or just give it a good shake. This will ensure that all of them cook well on all sides. Squeeze some lime juice and serve it hot with a dip. I served with some truffle mayonnaise.
